Unfortunately warranties on your items do not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. To avoid these circumstances occurring to your NAKED PALM jewellery please follow our heavily advised Jewellery Care guide.
Resold NAKED PALM jewellery or any NAKED PALM jewellery bought from an unauthorised seller are not covered under our warranty policy.
Please be advised we currently only sell through our own online store powered by Shopify and through our approved stockists. Therefore, our warranty policy is only applicable to items bought directly from us and from our approved stockists.
