Return FAQs

 How long do I have to make a return?

We accept returns in an unworn, unused, perfect condition within’ 14 days of receipt of the item. All returns must be returned in original packaging with all contents still inside the box and in good condition.

 

 Can I make an exchange?

At the moment we do not offer an exchange policy for all items, only on the same ring design for a different size. We recommend returning your item following the returns policy and re-ordering the item you wished to exchange for.

 

 Can I return earrings?

We do accept the return of Earrings that have been unworn and like all other returns that are in perfect condition and returned in and with all their original packaging. 

All returned jewellery, earrings especially are thoroughly sanitised before re-sale.

 

 Who covers the postage for return items?

The customer is responsible for all return fees and duty, we recommend sending your return using a trackable/recorded insured service for extra security in the post. We also strongly advise retaining your proof of postage. As we are not responsible for missing parcels or when in transit.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS RETURNING OUTSIDE OF THE UK:

Please send your parcel back to NAKED PALM’s returns address using normal post, please do not use a courier service. If you opt to use a courier service to return your parcel back to us we cannot be liable for any custom or import charges that may occur. We recommend using a recorded standard service and kindly ask that you mark the shipment as a ‘RETURN’ so that we are not charged custom and import tax.

In the unfortunate event that we occur any additional fees, such as customs and import tax, for receiving your return these fees will be deducted from your total refund amount and we will email you outlining the costs and reasons.

Please note as the customer, you are responsible for ensuring the return reaches our returns address safely. We are not held liable for any missing returns, we recommend you send your parcel insured, recorded and retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed safe receipt of your return.

 

 Will my delivery/ shipping fee be refunded?

If your order was under £100 or you selected a specific delivery option and paid for your shipping services we unfortunately do not refund these costs. The cost of your shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount, and therefore you will receive a refund for the amount that you paid for the jewellery item(s) only.

 

 When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return we will notify you that we have received it, please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your refund. If you encounter any difficulties when returning or your refund is late please do not hesitate to contact us on hello@nakedpalm.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

 

 What if an item is faulty?

Our jewellery is quality checked once their produced and again before delivery, but a faulty one may slip through the net! 

If your item does turn up faulty please email us with the fault description, images of the fault and your order number and name to hello@nakedpalm.co.uk and we will happily assist.

 Do you provide warranty?

All NAKED PALM jewellery that has been bought directly from our website or stockists are covered by a six month warranty on receipt of valid proof of purchase. 

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Please view our Warranty page
