Placing and checking on an order with NAKED PALM:
Placing an order with us on our website is super easy! We have done our upmost to ensure our website is user friendly and is easy to navigate around.
On our website you can click on any item to browse, select a size(s), amend quantities, add to cart and then when ready you are able to review and follow the checkout procedure to purchase the item(s) in your cart.
We kindly ask you carefully and thoroughly review your order before paying for your item(s) in the checkout, as we are unable to amend any order details once the order has been submitted/ placed.
Once you have submitted your order we will immediately provide you with your order number. You will also receive an automatic email confirmation from us thanking you for your purchase and providing you with full details of your order. It may take a few minutes for us to get your confirmation email over to you. In the rare event that you fail to receive a confirmation email, please contact us on hello@nakedpalm.co.uk.
We recommend placing your order through a NAKED PALM account in your own name, these accounts are password-protected online, here you are able to log in and check the status of your order at any time.

Pre-ordering our products:
Some of our products may be subject to pre-orders, these products will be displayed with a ‘pre-order’ option. Pre-ordering means you are ordering an item from us before our expected stock is in our warehouse, the benefits of pre-ordering simply means you will get first refusal on the stock being sent out to you.
Each pre-order product has its own estimated delivery date, some may be the same, we have added each individual estimated delivery date to the appropriate product page. This is so you can know when to expect your item, once the pre-order stock has arrived and is ready to be dispatched, we will automatically send you a dispatch confirmation email for you to track your parcel.
You are more than welcome to also place an order of ‘in stock’ item(s) alongside your ‘pre-order’ item(s). Depending on each products availability we may dispatch your items in multiple parcels to avoid any unnecessary delays in you receiving your items.
In the rarity that our manufacturers are unable to fulfil pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will continue to refund your original payment method. During the wait for your pre-ordered item if you change your mind and would like to cancel the order please contact us at hello@nakedpalm.co.uk. In this email please attach your name and order number and confirm the item that you wish to cancel, and we will respond to you as soon as possible! Please be aware once pre-ordered items have been dispatched to you, you can no longer cancel this order. In this event we invite you to return your item following our RETURN POLICY.
Ordering a NAKED PALM gift voucher:

Our NAKED PALM gift vouchers are the perfect substitute gift, the gift receivers can use the full amount to purchase an item or can use the gift voucher towards an item of more value than the card itself.
Items bought on a gift voucher are also returnable.
When purchasing our gift vouchers we have two options, either an E-Gift Voucher or a physical Gift Voucher. Our E-gift vouchers are sent through email only and our physical Gift Vouchers are sent through the post.
To purchase an E-gift Voucher simply select the amount you wish to gift and follow through to checkout, once the E-gift voucher is paid for we will send it over to the provided email! Our E-gift vouchers are sent in an email only, you can direct this email immediately to the gift receiver by adding their email in at checkout, or we can send it to you, as the gift giver, and you are welcome to print out the E-Gift Voucher or forward the email on to them yourselves.
To purchase a physical Gift Voucher simply select the amount you wish to gift, fill in the provided 'To' and 'From' blanks with the appropriate names and follow through to checkout. Once the Gift Voucher is paid for we will dispatch the Gift Voucher in the post to the provided checkout address. You can direct the Gift Voucher immediately to the gift receiver by adding their address at checkout, or we can send it to you, as the gift giver, and you are welcome to deliver and gift the Gift Voucher to them yourselves.
Please do not share the gift voucher code to any one that you are not happy to redeem the voucher. We are not responsible for gift voucher(s) and their codes that have been redeemed in your negligence.
How to use your gift voucher on an order:
To use/ redeem your gift voucher on an order simply enter the gift vouchers unique code in the promotional code box at the checkout and click apply.
The gift voucher/ code hold a balance that is welcomed to be spent as a whole on one transaction or across multiple transactions.
If the balance of your gift voucher covers the total of the items in your cart, you can simply place the order and your order number and confirmation email will follow shortly.
If the balance of your gift voucher is only part paying for the item(s) in your cart, you will have to choose an additional payment method and input your card details to pay for the remaining balance.
Your outstanding gift voucher balance will be updated and displayed on the order confirmation page. Alternatively, if you are unable to view the remaining balance please email us at hello@nakedpalm.co.uk and we will be happy to help!
Gift Vouchers are considered a form of payment and therefore can be used in conjunction with a discount/ promotional code and to pay for NAKED PALM delivery costs. Multiple Gift Voucher codes can be applied and used at checkout.
As Gift Vouchers are considered currency we cannot access your Gift Voucher code after it has been issued to you, so please keep this code safe for your own use.
Using Promotional and Discount Codes:
Unfortunately only one discount or promotional code can be entered at checkout, we suggest using the one code that provides the biggest benefit towards your payment.
You are welcome to use the discount or promotional code as full or part payment on your order, this all depends on the value of your order and the value of the discount or promotional code being applied.
Please be aware during sale periods, such as but not limited to, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where discount codes are automatically applied or offered, further promotional codes cannot be applied to be used in conjunction.
Payment methods we currently accept, and those we wish to introduce:
When placing your order we welcome the following major methods of payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and NAKED PALM gift vouchers. We unfortunately do not offer all major payment methods such as but not limited to, Paypal and Amazon Pay. Introducing these payment methods is something we are looking into for the near future.
We offer a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option with Clearpay available at checkout. Clearpay splits your costs into four instalments across eight weeks interest free. The first instalment is taken at the time of purchase.
Items are charged to your card by the selected payment method at the completion and submission of order.
When checking out with a gift voucher, for verification purposes you may be required to input a debit or credit card number, please be aware this provided debit or credit card will ONLY be charged if the order total exceeds the remaining balance on your gift voucher, the chargeable amount will be the outstanding balance of the order after the total gift voucher value has been deducted. The information of your debit or credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
